“Gaziantep vizyon projeleri kentin geleceğini şekillendirecek”

 

Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Fatma Şahin, Türkiye'nin içme suyu alanındaki ikinci en büyük yatırımı olan 1 milyar 250 milyon TL bütçeli Düzbağ İçme Suyu Projesi'nin tamamlandığını aktararak, Kahramanmaraş'tan doğan Göksu Çayı'nın suyunu en kısa sürede Gaziantep'e ulaştıracaklarını anlattı.

BÜYÜKŞEHİR, SUYA BİR YILDA YÜZDE 27 İNDİRİM YAPTI

Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Düzbağ İçme Suyu Projesi kapsamında suda yüzde 12 oranında indirime gitme kararı aldı. Büyükşehir, daha önce 2018 Ocak ayında yüzde 15 oranında düşürdüğü su tarifesini güncelleyerek, bir yılda toplamda yüzde 27 oranında suda indirime gitmiş oldu.

HER DÖNEMİN AKILLARDA KALAN BÜYÜK İŞLERİ VARDIR

Bir belediye yatırımının devlet yatırımına dönüştürüldüğünü bildiren Şahin, “Gaziantep Su ve Kanalizasyon İdaresi (GASKİ)’nin bu projesi sayesinde yılda 125 milyonluk elektrik masrafı şehrin cebinde kalacak. Proje ve kaynak üretme kapasitesi olan GASKİ’nin sayesinde hükümetin yatırım programında olmamasına rağmen büyük uğraşlar ve çabaların ardından Melen’den sonra en büyük su yatırımı olan Düzbağ İçme Suyu Projesi’ni, iki yılda tamamladık. Proje çalışmaları kapsamında bir yılda suda yüzde 27 indirim yapan başka bir şehir yok. Bu iş, yetişmiş beşeri sermaye istiyor. GASKİ’nin bütün teknik ekibine teşekkür ediyorum. En önemlisi bu kaynağa bütçe üretmektir. Bütçe üretme noktasında cumhurbaşkanımıza, hükümetimize ve ilgili bakanlıklara çok teşekkür ediyorum. Her dönemin akıllarda kalan büyük işleri vardır. Düzbağ bu dönemde yapılan en önemli işlerden biridir. Şehrimize hayırlı uğurlu olsun” diye konuştu.

AK Parti Genel Başkanı ve Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan tarafından Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanlığına yeniden aday gösterilen Fatma Şahin, 31 Mart 2019 yerel seçimleri öncesi seçim beyannamesini açıkladı.

YÜKSELEN GAZİANTEP VİZYON PROJELERİ

Yükselen Gaziantep Vizyon Projeleri altında toplanan kentin geleceğini doğrudan şekillendirecek projeler, kentte yaşayan herkese dokunacağını vurgulayan Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Fatma Şahin, yeni dönemde yapacağı projeler hakkında şunları söyledi:

GAZİANTEP MİLLET BAHÇESİ

“Yıkılan Gaziantep Kamil Ocak Stadyumunu kapsayan alan; 100’üncü Yıl Parkı ve Allaben Deresi’nin devamlılığını sağlayacak. Türk bahçelerine referans veren ve aynı zamanda Gaziantep iklim, coğrafya ve kültürüne uygun Millet Bahçesi Projesi tasarlanacak. 130 bin 158 metrekare alana sahip olacak projenin, 78 bin 960 metrekaresine inşaat alanı kurulacak. 23 bin 136 metrekare oturum alanı olan projede, 66 bin 130 metrekareye yeşil alanla renklenecek. Projede yüzde 17 yapılar, yüzde 51 yeşil alan ile yüzde 32 meydan, avlu ve sirkülasyona yer verilecek.

GAZİANTEP KONGRE VE KÜLTÜR MERKEZİ

Şehitkamil ilçesi Özgürlük mahallesinde bulunan belediyeye ait yaklaşık 40 bin 350 metrekarelik alan üzerinde inşa edilecek. 50 bin 664 metrekare kapalı alana sahip inşaat alanında kurulacak Gaziantep Kültür ve Kongre Merkezi tamamlandığında, uluslararası tüm organizasyon ve etkinliklere hizmet edebilecek, tüm mekanlarda aynı anda 6 bin 200 kişi etkinlik yapabilecek.

ALLEBEN GENÇLİK VE SPOR VADİSİ

600 dönüm alana sahip olacak Gaziantep Vadi Alleben Parkı; ikinci bir Yüzüncü Yıl Kültür Parkı niteliğini taşıyacak. Alleben Vadi Parkı, dünya standartlarındaki görünümüyle fark oluşturacak. Botanik bahçesi tarzında yapılacak parkın içinde herbaryum, kütüphane, laboratuvar, Ağaç Bilim Müzesi, çocuk köyü gibi farklı alanlar bulunacak.

 

GAZİANTEP BİLİM MERKEZİ

30 bin metrekarelik Bilim Merkezi projesi, Gaziantep Kilis yolu, Burç kavşağında hayat bulacak. Yapı oturum alanın 9 bin 800 metrekare olacağı öngörülerek geri kalan 20 bin metrekarelik alan ise bilim meydanı, açık otopark, açık sergi alanları, bilim şenlik alanları ve binayı topoğrafya içerisine gömen yeşil alanlardan oluşacak. 15 bin 200 metrekare kapalı alana sahip olacak proje tamamlandığında adeta bilim üssü olacak.

KARKAMIŞ SULAK ALAN VE EKOPARK

Zeugma ve Karkamış Antik Kentleri arasında proje alanı içerisinde kalan 8 höyük 55 kilometrelik kültürel miras rotası içerisinde yer alacak. Toplam 550 hektarlık Karkamış - Nizip Taşkın Ovası Sulak Alanı Ekopark projesiyle sulak alan ekosistemini korumayı, hem ulusal hem de uluslararası düzeyde öneme sahip olan sulak alanı yaşatarak tanıtmaya teşvik etmeyi, kullanıcılara eğitsel ve rekreasyonel deneyimler yaşatacak farklı aktiviteler ve alanlar sunarak sulak alan bilincini artırmayı ve geliştirmeyi amaçlayacak.

METRO

Gar-Düztepe-Hastane HRS (Metro) hattı olarak tasarlanan ortalama 10 kilometre-9 istasyonlu ve 14 kilometre-13 istasyonu olacak Gar- Gaziantep Üniversitesi (GAÜN) 15 Temmuz HRS (Metro) hattı olmak üzere iki metro hattının araçları, sürücüsüz metro (GoA4) modeliyle kullanılacak. Hatlar için sondaj çalışmaları başlatıldı.

ŞEHİR KÜTÜPHANESİ

Mülkiyeti Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyesi Şahinbey İlçesi Kadı Değirmeni mevkiinde 3 bin 900 metrekare arazi üzerinde, yaklaşık 6 bin metrekare kapalı alana sahip, Şehir Kütüphanesi Avan projesi çalışmalarına başlandı.

13 ADET YÜZME HAVUZU

Gençlerin spora olan duyarlılığını artırarak onları kötü alışkanlıklardan uzak tutmak için yaklaşık 2 bin 200 metrekare kapalı alana sahip mahalle tipi yüzme havuzları için uygulama projeleri hazırlandı.

ANADOLU ARKEOLOJİ ENSTİTÜSÜ

2 bin 438 metrekare olan Anadolu Arkeoloji Enstitüsünde konferans salonu, kütüphane ve okuma salonları, danışma, seminer odası, laboratuvar, yönetim ve çalışma ofisleri, dinlenme salonları, çocuk eğitim alanları yer aldı. Enstitüde basılı ve dijital kaynakların temini, depolama sistemleri, arşiv sistemi, dijital ortama aktarılması ve benzeri konularda dünya standartlarında yapılacak.

RUMKALE KIYI DÜZENLEMESİ

Bölgede yer alan ve tarihi öneme sahip evleriyle yerel özellikleri ve güzellikleriyle ziyaretçilerini büyüleyen Gaziantep’in kendine has dokusu proje için çıkış noktası oluşturdu. Yerel malzeme kullanımı, mevcut topoğrafyayla uyum, iklime bağlı olarak gelişen (Teras, Dam) kullanımlar gibi özellikler projede yönetim binası, 6 adet satış birimi, seyir terası, iskele ve otopark alanı yer alacak.

MİLLİ MÜCADELE PARKI

Gaziantep şehir merkezine 28 kilometre uzaklıkta bulunacak 34 hektarlık alana; Gaziantep-Kilis yoluyla ulaşılacak. Gaziantep savunmasının en önemli kahramanlarından olan Şahin Bey’in şehit edildiği ve Şahin Bey Anıtı’nın bulunduğu yer, Milli Mücadele Parkı olacak.

GAZİRAY PARKI

Gaziray projesi içerisinde yer alan yaklaşık 5 kilometre uzunluğundaki aç-kapa yapısı üzeri kent parkı olarak işlevlendirilecek, proje çalışmalarına başlandı.

AMATÖR SPOR KULÜPLERİ TESİSİ

Şehirde futbol yaşamını amatör kulüp olarak sürdüren ve stadyum problemi yaşayan kulüpler için, 2 adet profesyonel Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu standartlarında futbol sahası ve 600 kişilik tribün yapılacak. Uygulama projeleri hazırlandı.

 

İBRAHİMLİ KENT PARKI

İbrahimli Bölgesi Metro Toptancı Market arkasında bulunan 32 bin metrekarelik bir alanın Kent Parkı olarak şehre kazandırılacak.

KENT PARKI

Çocuk ve rekreasyon park niteliğinde olan park, sosyal yaşam kalitesini arttırmak, bölgenin ihtiyacı olan kapsamlı bir yeşil alan ve konforlu mekanlar oluşturarak insanların doğa ve sosyal çevre ile iletişimlerini sağlamak hedefiyle hayata geçirildi. Alan ve bölgenin niteliğine uygun özel bir konsept hazırlandı.

NİZİP CADDESİ KENTSEL DÖNÜŞÜM

Toplamda 58 hektar alanda yapılacak olan kentsel dönüşüm kapsamında yürütülecek çalışmalardan 6 bin 370 nüfus etkilenecek, bin 727 bina kentsel dönüşüme girecek. Söz konusu bölgelerde ikamet eden vatandaşlara nitelikli konut alanları sunularak, yüksek yapı kalitesi, sosyal donatılarla daha yaşanabilir bir bölge oluşturulacak.

LOJİSTİK MERKEZİ

Gaziantep ve bölgesinde sanayi ve ticaret sektörlerinin her türlü taşıma ve nakliye faaliyetleri bir merkezde toplanacak. Aynı zamanda gümrük hizmetlerinin verilebilmesi amacıyla Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Gaziantep Ticaret Odası ve İpekyolu Kalkınma Ajansı işbirliğiyle kent merkezinin kuzeyinde yaklaşık 300 hektar alanda nazım imar planı ve uygulama imar planı onaylandı.

GERCİĞİN SPOR ORMANI

Yamaçtepe bölgesinde 1 milyon 500 bin metrekarelik bir alana, Gaziantep halkının ve turizm amaçlı gelecek olan ziyaretçilerin doğa sporlarını gerçekleştirilebileceği Doğa Sporları Orman Etabı Projesi şehre kazandırılacak.

GERCİĞİN EKOLOJİK KÖY

Proje, kendi kendine yeten bir Gerciğin Köyü için hazırlandı. Tatmin edici bir yaşam tarzı sürdürmeyi isteyen, birbiriyle, tüm canlılarla ve yerküreyle uyum halinde yaşamaya çalışan, kentli veya kırsal toplum insanlarından oluşması hedeflenecek. Ekoköyler, dayanışma prensibine dayalı sosyal çevreyle sade bir yaşam tarzını birleştirmeye çalışacak.

GÜNEYŞEHİR YENİ YAŞAM ALANI

Şehrin güney alanında yer alan imar planları hazırlandı, yol açma çalışmalarına başlanan Geneyik Bölgesinin yaşam merkezi haline gelecek. 55 kilometrelik proje hazırlandı.

 

BAYRAMLI YENİ ŞEHİR ALANI

Şehrin doğu alanında yer alan bölge için imar planları hazırlandı. Projeyle Bayramlı bölgesinde yaşam merkezi oluşturulacak.

MESLEK GRUPLARI

Konum itibariyle kent merkezinde kalan meslek gruplarının, şehir dışına ve otoyol kenarına taşınması üzere imar planları onaylanarak, yol açma çalışmalarına başlandı. Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyesi Sanayi ve Endüstri Merkezi’nde; ayakkabıcılara 800 bin metrekare, tır, dorse imalatçılarına 390 bin metrekare, fıstıkçılara 395 bin metrekare, Gıda toptancılarına (GATEM) 243 bin metrekare ve nakliyatçılara 243 bin metrekare alan ayrıldı.”

 

 

GAZIANTEP METROPOLITAN MAYOR FATMA SAHIN:

Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fatma Sahin states that “The projects that will directly shape the future of the city and are gathered under the rising Gaziantep Vision Projects will touch everyone living in the city.”

By mentioning that Duzbag Drinking Water Project with 1 billion 250 million TL budget, the second largest investment in Turkey in the field of drinking water, was completed, Metropolitan Mayor Fatma Sahin told that they will deliver the water of Goksu Stream born from Kahramanmaras to Gaziantep as soon as possible.

METROPOLITAN HAS MADE A DISCOUNT OF 27 PERCENT IN A YEAR

Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality decided to decrease the water price by 12 percent within the scope of Duzbag Drinking Water Project. Metropolitan, which previously rearranged the water tariff by decreasing a 15 percent in 2018, made a total discount of 27 percent in a year.

EVERY PERIOD INCLUDES MANY CATCHY AND GREAT PROJECTS

By stating that a municipality project is turned into a state project, Sahin added by saying that “Thanks to this project of Gaziantep Water and Sewerage Administration (GWSA), the cost of 125 million electricity will be saved in the city budget. Thanks to GWSA, which has the capacity to produce projects and resources, we managed to complete the Duzbag Drinking Water Project, which is the largest water investment after Melen, in two years through the great efforts although it is not included in investment program of the government. There is no other city that has made a 27 percent discount on water in one year within the scope of the project. This job requires a growing human capital. I would like to thank all the technical staff of GWSA. The most important thing is to produce budget for this resource. I would like to thank our president, the government, and the relevant ministries for their help in providing the budget for this project. Every period includes many catchy and great projects. Duzbag is one of the most important works made during this period. I hope our city to enjoy their new project.”

Fatma Sahin, who was re-nominated as Mayor of Gaziantep by AK Party Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, announced his election declaration before the local elections on March 31, 2019.

 

RISING GAZIANTEP VISION PROJECTS

By emphasizing that the projects that will directly shape the future of the city and are gathered under the rising Gaziantep Vision Projects will touch everyone living in the city, Gaziantep Metropolitan Mayor Fatma Sahin explained the followings about the projects to be done in the new period:

GAZIANTEP NATION GARDEN

“The territory of Gaziantep Kamil Ocak Stadium, which was demolished, will ensure the continuity of the 100th Year Park and Allaben Stream. The Nation Garden Project, which is both a reference to the Turkish gardens and suitable for the climate, geography, and culture of Gaziantep, will be designed. The construction territory will be established on 78 thousand 960 square meters of the project with an area of 130 thousand 158 square meters. The project with 23 thousand 136 square meters for sitting and resting part includes 66 thousand 130 square meters of green-field. 17 percent of the project will be included for the buildings, 51 percent for green-field, and 32 percent for square, courtyard, and circulation.

GAZIANTEP CONGRESS AND CULTURE CENTER

This project will be built on an area of approximately 40 thousand 350 square meters in Ozgurluk district in Sehitkamil district belonging to the municipality. When the Gaziantep Culture and Congress Centre to be established in the construction area with a closed area of 50 thousand 664 square meters is completed, it will be able to serve all international organizations and events, and 6 thousand 200 people will be able to do all the activities at the same time.

ALLEBEN YOUTH AND SPORTS VALLEY

Gaziantep Valley Alleben Park with an area of 600 acres will be the second 100th Year Cultural Park. Alleben Valley Park will make a difference with its world-class appearance. There will be different areas such as herbarium, library, laboratory, tree science museum, children village in the park to be designed in the style of botanical garden.

 

GAZIANTEP SCIENCE CENTER

Science Centre project with 30 thousand square meters will be constructed on Burc junction that is located on Gaziantep-Kilis road. The building area will be 9 thousand 800 square meters, and the remaining 20 thousand square meters will be composed of the science square, car park, open exhibition areas, science festivals, and green areas that embed the building into topography. This project with 15 thousand 200 square meters of indoor space will be a scientific base when it is completed.

KARKAMIS WATER AREA AND ECOPARK

8 mounds within the project area between the Zeugma and Karkamis Antique Cities will take place within the 55-kilometer cultural heritage route. A total of 550 hectares of Karkamıs - Nizip Taskın Lowland Wetland Eco park project aims to protect the wetland ecosystem, to encourage the promotion of the wetland, which has a significant importance both nationally and internationally, and to increase the awareness of wetlands by offering different activities and areas that will provide educational and recreational experiences to the people.

METRO

Both the Gar-Düztepe-Hospital HRS (Metro) line designed as the average 10 kilometers-9 stations and Gar-Gaziantep University (GAUN) 15 July HRS (Metro) line designed as 14 kilometers-13 station will be arranged to be used as driverless metro (GoA4) model. Drilling work was started for the lines.

CITY LIBRARY

City Library Avan project with 6 thousand square meters closed-area was started on the land of 3 thousand 900 square meters located on Kadı Degirmen, Sahinbey district, Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality.

13 SWIMMING POOLS

In order to increase the sensitivity of the young people to sports and to keep them away from bad habits, the practice projects have been prepared for the neighbourhood-type swimming pools with a closed-area of approximately 2 thousand 200 square meters.

ANATOLIAN AECHEOLOGY INSTITUTE

The Anatolian Archaeology Institute with an area of 2 thousand 438 square meters includes conference hall, library and reading rooms, consultation, seminar room, laboratory, management and work offices, recreation rooms, children education areas. The institute will hold the world standards on printed and digital sources, storage systems, archive system, digital media transfer and so on.

RUMKALE COAST REGULATION

The unique texture of Gaziantep, which has fascinated its visitors with its historical houses and local features and beauties, created the starting point for this project. 6 units of sales unit, cruise terrace, pier, and parking area will be included in the project with the use of local materials, adaptation to the existing topography, developing depending on the climate (Terrace, Dam) uses such as the management building.

NATIONAL STRUGGLE PARK

34 hectares of land to be located 28 kilometres away from the city centre of Gaziantep will be reached through Gaziantep-Kilis road. The place where Sahin Bey, one of the most important heroes of the defence of Gaziantep, was martyred and Şahin Bey Monument is located will be the National Struggle Park.

GAZIRAY PARK

Gaziray project within the 5-kilometer length of the open-close structure will be functioned as a city park, and the related project work was started.

FACILITIES FOR AMATEUR SPORTS CLUBS

To maintain the stadium problems, 2 professional stadiums with the standards in Turkey Football Federation will be held for the clubs which are seen as the amateur sports clubs in the city, and bleachers for 600 people will be constructed. Practice projects were prepared for this activity.

IBRAHIMLI CITY PARK

The area of 32 thousand square meters located behind the İbrahimli District Metro Wholesaler Market will be designed for the city as the City Park.

 

CITY PARK

The park, which is in the form of a child and recreation park, has been implemented with the aim of enhancing the quality of social life, creating a comprehensive green space and comfortable places that the region needs and providing people with communication with nature and social environment. A special concept has been prepared in accordance with the nature of the area and the region.

NIZIP AVENUE URBAN TRANSFORMATION

In total, 6 thousand 370 people will be affected from the works to be carried out within the scope of urban transformation, which will be carried out on a territory of 58 hectares. By offering qualified housing areas to the citizens residing in these regions, a more liveable region will be created through the high building quality and social facilities.

LOGISTICS CENTER

All kinds of the transportation activities of the industry and trade sectors will be gathered in a centre in Gaziantep and the region,. At the same time, in order to provide customs services, a master plan and practice development plan on approximately 300 hectares of land, in the north of the city centre were approved in cooperation with Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce and the Silk Road Development Agency.

GERCIGIN SPORTS FOREST

Nature Sports Forest Stage Project in which Gaziantep people and the visitors coming to the city for tourism activities can play the nature sports will be constructed on the area of 1 million 500 thousand square meters in the area of Yamaçtepe.

GERCIGIN ECOLOGICAL VILLAGE

The project was prepared for a self-sufficient Gercigin Village. It will be aimed to be composed of urban or rural society people who want to maintain a satisfying lifestyle and try to live in harmony with each other, all living things, and the earth. The ecovillages will try to unite the social environment based on the principle of solidarity with a simple lifestyle.

GUNEYSEHIR NEW LIFE AREA

The construction plans in the southern area of the city have been prepared, and Geneyik Region whose road works have begun will be the centre of life. The project with 55 km road was prepared.

 

BAYRAMLI NEW CITY AREA

The construction plans were prepared for the region in the eastern part of the city. The project will create a life centre in Bayramlı district.

JOB GROUPS

Development plans for the relocation of the occupational groups in the city centre to the outskirts of the city and on the motorway side were approved, and the road building works are started. Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Industrial Centre has reserved 800 thousand square meters for the shoemakers, 390 thousand square meters for the truck and semi-trailer manufacturers, 395 thousand square meters to the pistachio sellers, 243 thousand square meters for the Food wholesalers (GATEM), and 243 thousand square meters for the shippers.”

قدمت رئيسة بلدية غازي عنتاب شرحا عن مشروع المياه، وبأن مشروع دوزباغ لمياه الشرب الذي تبلغ قيمته الاستثمارية 1 مليار 250 مليون ليرة تركية تم تنفيذه والذي يعد ثاني أكبر المشاريع في مجال مياه الشرب في تركيا، وبأنهم يعملون حاليا على إيصال مياه نهر كوكسو النابع من جبال قهرمان مرعش إلى غازي عنتاب بأقرب وقت ممكن.

قامت بلدية مدينة غازي عنتاب الكبرى بإجراء تخفيض على قيمة المياه المستهلكة بنسبة 12 بالمائة في إطار مشروع دوزباغ لمياه الشرب، وقد قامت بلدية المدينة الكبرى من قبل بإجراء تخفيض يبلغ 15 بالمائة خلال عام 2018 وحدثت من خلال ذلك تعرفتها لقيمة إستهلاك المياه وبالتالي أصبح إجمالي التخفيضات خلال السنة الواحدة 27 بالمائة.

تحدثت رئيسة البلدية قائلة:" إن إستثمار البلديات هي بمثابة إستثمار للدولة في النهاية، وإن إدارة شركة المياه والصرف الصحي في مدينة غازي عنتاب ( GASKİ)  ومن خلال هذا المشروع ستوفر 125 مليون ليرة تركية من مصروف الكهرباء، بالرغم من عدم وجود شركة GASKI  من ضمن برنامج الإستثمار لديها قامت بإتمام المشروع خلال مدة السنتين وبذلك يعد مشروع دوزباغ للمياه ثاني أكبر مشروع بعد مشروع ملان، ولا توجد أية مدينة وبلدية اخرى قامت بإجراء تخفيضات على قيمة إستهلاك المياه بنسبة 27 بالمائة خلال سنة واحدة فقط، وهذا العمل هو بحاجة إلى الرأسمال البشري، وهنا أقدم كل الشكر للكارد الفني في شركة GASKİ، والأهم من ذلك هو تأمين ميزانية لهذا المشروع وفي هذه النقطة أقدم كل الشكر والإمتنان لرئيس جمهوريتنا وحكومتنا وكافة الوزارات المعنية، هناك أعمال كبيرة تركت أثرها في الذاكرة في كل مرحلة وإن مشروع دوزباغ لمياه الشرب هو من المشاريع المهمة في هذه المرحلة، ومبروك لمدينتنا هكذا مشروع."

قامت السيدة فاطمة شاهين رئيسة بلدية مدينة غازي عنتاب الكبرى والمرشحة من قبل رئيس الجمهورية والأمين العام لحزب العدالة والتنمية السيد رجب طيب أردوغان لرئاسة بلدية غازي عنتاب الكبرى لإنتخابات 31 أذار 2019  للإدارة المحلية بتقديم بيانها الإنتخابي.

 

مشاريع غازي عنتاب المستقبلية والمتنامية

إن رؤيتنا للمشاريع المستقبلية المتنامية لمدينة غازي عنتاب ستحدد شكل مدينة غازي عنتاب في المستقبل، وهذه المشاريع ستمس كل المواطنين القاطنين والساكنين في المدينة، حيث قالت رئيسة بلدية غازي عنتاب الكبرى السيدة فاطمة شاهين متحدثة عن المشاريع المستقبلية في المرحلة الجديدة قائلة:

 

الحديقة الشعبية في غازي عنتاب

 

" إن المساحة التي تشمل ملعب كامل أوجاق الذي تم هدمه، سيتم بناء حديقة السنة المئة وستكون إستمرار لنبع اللبن، وستكون من الحدائق الفريدة مصممة على شكل مشروع حديقة شعبية عامة تحتضن بنفس الوقت الثقافة والجغرافية ومناخ مدينة غازي عنتاب، ستقام على مساحة 130 ألف و158 متر مربع، حيث 78 ألف 960 متر مربع من المشروع سيكون على شكل أبنية وإنشاءات و23 ألف 136 متر مربع للتنزه والجلوس والنشاطات والباقي 66 ألف 130 متر مربع على شكل مساحة خضراء واشجار. وفي المشروع سيكون 17 بالمائة أبنية و51 بالمائة منطقة خضراء و32 بالمائة ساحات وميادين وباحات وغيرها من الملحقات.

 

مركز للثقافة والإجتماعات الرسمية في مدينة غازي عنتاب

 

إن هذا المركز سيتم إنشاؤه على مساحة 40 ألف 350 متر مربع والعائدة ملكيتها للبلدية في حي اوزغورلوك في منطقة شهيد كامل، وسيتم ذلك على مساحة 50 ألف 664 متر مربع كمساحة مغلقة وعند إستكمال مركز الثقافة والإجتماعات الرسمية في مدينة غازي عنتاب ستقدم خدماتها في مجال الفعاليات والتنظميات والإجتماعات على المستوى العالمي، وسيكون بالإمكان القيام بعدة فعاليات وبنفس الزمن وبحضور 6 آلاف و200 شخص مشارك.

 

وادي اللبن للرياضة والشباب

 

إن حديقة اللبن في مدينة غازي عنتاب سيتم إنشاؤها على مساحة تبلغ 600 دونم، وستحمل صفة حديقة حضارية ذي ثقافة عريقة، وحديقة وادي اللبن ستشكل فارق في المواصفات العالمية وسيكون لديها حديقة ومعشبة نباتية ومكتبة ومختبرات ومتحف لعلوم الأشجار وقرية للأطفال وغيرها من المساحات الأخرى.

 

مركز العلوم في مدينة غازي عنتاب

مشروع مركز العلوم في مدينة غازي عنتاب سيتم على مساحة 30 ألف متر مربع، على الطريق الرابط بين مدينتي عنتاب وكلس، عند تقاطع البورج، وسيكون 9 آلاف 800 متر مربع منه مساحة للجلوس والباقي 20 ألف متر مربع سيكون مخصص للعلوم، وسيكون هناك مكان لركن السيارات والمعارض وذلك في الهواء الطلق، ومساحات للفعاليات والأنشطة العلمية وستكون هناك مساحات خضراء تغطي الأماكن وإن 15 ألف 200 متر مربع ستكون عبارة عن مساحة مغلقة، وعند إنجاز هذا المشروع سيكون بمثابة رمز وقاعدة علمية مرموقة.

 

الحديقة المائية في منطقة قارقاميش

 

ستقام الحديقة المائية على المسار الواقع بين 8 تلال مابين منطقة قارقاميش والزويغما والبالغ طوله 55 كيلو متر مشكلا مسار تراث ثقافي وحضاي بارز في المنطقة، وإن مشروع الحديقة البيئية المائية الممتدة على مساحة 550 هكتار في المنطقة المائية الواقعة في سهل تاشكين بين نيزيب- قارقاميش سيعمل على حماية النظام البيئي و سيكتسب أهميته  المحلية والعالمية من ناحية الحفاظ على المناطق المخضرة والمروية في الهضبات  وبنفس الوقت سيعطي للزائرين فرصة تعليمية وإستجمام وغيرها من الفعاليات الآخربهدف زيادة التوعية حول الأراضي المروية والمخضرة.

  

الميترو

إن خط الميترو المعروف بخط الكار- دوزتبه-المشفى HRS لديه 9 محطات وعلى خط سير يبلغ 10 كيلو متر سيصبح خط سيره 14 كيلو متر و 13 محطة باسم الكار- جامعة غازي عنتاب (GAÜN) وخط الميترو 15 تموز HRS   وهذان الخطان سيكونان وسيلة النقل عبر آلية القيادة الذاتية للميترو(Go4A) وتم البدء بأعمال الحفر من أجل الخط .

 

المكتبة المركزية

 

سيتم إنشاء المكتبة المركزية في المدينة على الموقع المحدد في منطقة قاضي ديغرمن والعائدة ملكيتها لبلدية مدينة غازي عنتاب الكبرى وعلى مساحة قدرها 3 آلاف 900 متر مربع، حيث 6 آلاف من مساحتها ستكون على شكل مساحة مغلقة، وتم البدء بإعمال مكتبة آفان المركزية للمدينة.

13 مركز للسباحة

تم تجهيز المشاريع من أجل تنفيذ مراكز وأحواض للسباحة على مساحة 2.200 متر مربع سيتم تجهيزها في المناطق الصغيرة وذلك من أجل زيادة وعي الشباب وحبهم للرياضة وإبعادهم عن العادات السيئة الأخرى

 

 

10 صالات رياضية مغلقة

 

تم تجهيز قاعة للإجتماعات ومكتبة وأماكن للمطالعة والإستشارة وغرف المحاضرات والمختبرات ومكاتب للعمل والإدارة وصالات للإستراحة والإستجمام ومراكز تعليم للأطفال وذلك في معهد الأناضول للعلوم الأثرية والذي تبلغ مساحته 2.438 مترمربع وسيتم العمل على نظام تأمين المنابع الرقمية والمطبوعات وأنظمة التحزين ونظام الأرشفة ونقلها إلى الوسط الرقمي وغيرها من المواضيع والأنظمة الأخرى وفق المعايير الدولية المتبعة.

 

تجهيز قلعة الروم 

تم تشكيل نقطة الخروج من أجل مشروع مدينة غازي عنتاب الخاص وبلمستها الخاصة للقلعة التي تحمل بيوتها بين طياتها الخصائص التاريخية والمحلية للمنطقة من حيث استعمال المستلزمات المحلية بشكل مطابق لطبوغرافية المنطقة والمتطورة عبر المراحل المناخية (الأسقف، والملحقات) وخاصة سيكون هناك نظام إدارة البناء مع 6 وحدات بيع وتراس متحرك وأماكن لركن السيارات.

 

حديقة الكفاح الشعبي

 

سيتم إنشاء الحديقة على بعد 28 كيلو متر من مركز المدينة على مساحة 34 هكتار، وسيربط طريق مدينة كلس مع مدينة عنتاب، وفي منطقة ضريح الشهيد البطل شاهين بي الذي أستشهد دفاعا عن مدينة غازي عنتاب في ملحمة بطولية.

 

حديقة كازيريا

 

تم البدء بمشروع حديقة كازيريا والذي سينشأ على مساحة يبلغ طولها 5 كيلو مترا وعلى شكل أفتح-أغلق وكحديقة عامة للمدينة.

  

نوادي للرياضيين الهواة

 

سيتم إنشاء ملعبين اثنين لكرة القدم يتسع لـ 600 شخص من أجل نوادي كرة القدم الهواة حيث أن هذه النوادي تعاني من نقص في الملاعب وستكون هذه الملاعب لنوادي الهواة مجهزة وفق معايير وشروط الإتحاد العام لكرة القدم التركية. وإن المشاريع التنفيذية أصبحت جاهزة.

 

حديقة مدينة أبراهيملي

 

سيتم إنشاء الحديقة على مساحة 32 ألف متر مربع خلف ماركت الميترو للبيع بالجملة في منطقة إبراهيملي كحديقة عامة لمدينة إبراهيملي.

 

حديقة المدينة

هي حديقة تستهدف فئة الأطفال وحديقة للإستجمام من أجل رفع جودة الحياة الإجتماعية وتلبي حاجة المنطقة والمدينة للمناطق الخضراء وأماكن للتنزه والترفيه للناس، وتزيد من العلاقة المتبادلة بين الناس والطبيعة والثقافة البيئية، وتم تجهيز المفاهيم الأساسية للمشروع من ناحية المساحة وخصائص المنطقة.

 

إعادة تأهيل وتجميل جادة نيزيب

 

إن المشروع الذي سينفذ على مساحة 58 هكتار سيؤثر على 6 آلاف 370 فرد من المواطنين، وستيم من خلال المشروع إعادة بناء ألف و 272 بناء وسيتم منح المواطنين الساكنين ضمن إطار المشروع سكن مناسب وسيتم إعادة بناء الجادة بجودة عالية ومدعومة بالمنشأت الإجتماعية.

 

مركز لوجيستي

سيتم تجميع كافة الفعاليات والنشاطات التجارية والصناعية وكافة فعاليات النقل والشحن في مركز واحد، وتمت أيضا الموافقة على تنظيم وخطة الإعمار اللوجستية و على مساحة تبلغ 300 هكتار بالتعاون بين مكتب التعاون لتنمية طريق الحرير وغرفة تجارة مدينة غازي عنتاب وبلدية مدينة غازي عنتاب الكبرى حيث يتم فيه أيضا تقديم كافة الخدمات الجمركية والتخليص الجمركي.

غابة الرياضة في كرجيغين

 

سيتم إنشاء هذه الغابة على مساحة 1 مليون و500 ألف هكتار في منطقة يماج تبه وستكون وجهة سياحية لأهالي مدينة غازي عنتاب وللسياح الأجانب أيضا لممارسة الرياضة الطبيعية بين الغابات وبالتالي سيتم منح مشروع غابة حراجية للمدينة.

 

القرية النموذجية الأيكولوجية في كرجيغين

 

تم تجهيز هذا المشروع وبشكل خاص لقرية كرجيغين، وسيتم العمل على الجمع بين الحياة الريفية وحياة المدينة لتأمين العيش المتآلف والمرضي للأهالي وبشكل متداخل مع الكائنات الحية الأخرى على وجه المعمورة، وكما هو معروف بأن مثل هذه القرى تشجع مبدأ التعاون ضمن الإطار الإجتماعي مع نمط حياة بسيطة خالية من التعقيدات.

  

تجميل المنطقة الجنوبية للمدينة

تم تجهيز الخطط المعمارية للمنطقة المتواجدة في جنوب المدينة، وتم البدء بفتح الطرقات بدءا من منطقة كينه يك وسيتم تحويل المنطقة إلى منطقة مرفهة وتم تجهيز مشروع بطول 55 كيلو متر.

تجميل منطقة بايراملي

تم تجهيز الخطط المعمارية للمنطقة الشرقية للمدينة وسيتم تجميل منطقة بايراملي.

المجموعات الحرفية والمهنية

وبناء على الموقع فإن المجموعات الحرفية والمهنية والتي بقيت بداخل مركز المدينة، تم أخذ الموافقة على الخطط المعمارية المتعلقة بنقل أماكن عملهم بحيث تكون على جوانب الطريق العام خارج المدينة، وتم البدء بتنفيذ فتح الطرقات. وتم تخصيص مساحة في المركز الصناعي من قبل بدلية غازي عنتاب الكبرى: حيث تم تخصيص مساحة 800 ألف متر مربع لصناعي الأحذية، و390 ألف متر مربع لمنتجي صناديق الشاحنات والقاطرات المقطورة، و395 ألف متر مربع لمنتجي فستق عنتاب، و243 ألف متر مربع لتجار البيع بالجملة(GATEM)، و243 ألف متر مربع لشركات الشحن والنقل."
